Jaci was absolutely the BEST to work with. When we first met her, I knew we had made the right decision in picking her for our realtor. Her energy and passion were evident from the first time that we met. She got right to work - showing us local comps, taking photos, helping us determine the listing price, writing the contract - and getting our home listed in less than 24 hours after our first meeting. And within the week she presented us with multiple offers - including offers over our listing price. Unfortunately the buyer we selected fell through - and while we were extremely disappointed and concerned, Jaci assured us that she had other people that were interested in the property. And true to her word, she presented us with multiple offers again, within 48 hours. She truly is amazing - and I don't know how she did it, but there is no doubt she made selling our home her priority. She then worked through all the complexities of the closing, doing everything she could do to make the closing process easy and efficient - which was important as we were out of state, and were on a very limited timeline to get the closing completed.
